From a Taquito Family to Something Fresh
Founder Oscar Ancira grew up in the family behind the original Delimex, giving him decades of history with one of San Diego's favorite foods. But El Tianguis was created to do something different: make taquitos fresh, serve them hot, and bring restaurant-level quality to a fast-casual experience.
Today, El Tianguis carries that family knowledge forward in its own way, with fresh preparation, a focused menu, and food that's 100% gluten-free.
